Welcome to my course!
I’m Dana Taranova, and I created this course especially for you to inspire and motivate movement. Inside, you’ll find three workouts designed to be done at home, even in small spaces — no excuses!
This yoga is suitable for all levels of fitness, made with love for everyone. The course includes 3 days of classes (to be released every other day) + meditations (in the videos themselves).
All exercises are performed slowly, at your own pace. Don’t worry if things don’t go perfectly the first time — that’s totally normal. If you manage to do the movements just like I do right away, that’s already a pro level! But even if it feels tricky at first, with every session, you’ll notice your progress.
